Kenneth A. GradyKenneth A. Grady is an attorney and corporate executive. He is the general counsel for a large, publicly held corporation. He also has held general counsel, in-house counsel and executive positions with three Fortune 1000 corporations. Prior to his in-house positions, Mr. Grady was a partner praticing out of the Chicago office of the international law firm McDermott, Will & Emery and an associate in a boutique Chicago law firm. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree (summa cum laude) from Drake University; a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management where he also was an F.C. Austin Scholar; and a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University’s School of Law where he was on the editorial board of the Journal of International Law & Business and a recipient of the Lowden-Wigmore Prize. Mr. Grady also has completed graduate level studies in psychology. Mr. Grady writes and speaks on a variety of legal topics. His current research focuses on privacy; corporate sustainability; the intersection of law, society and business; and the history of the Supreme Court. |
