What is the focus of Society Law and Business?Complexity. Overload. Risk. Confusion. The modern mash of global societal concerns, law and business evokes these and many more nouns from the individuals who try to operate successful economic enterprises in the 21st century. This blog will explore many of the issues that arise from both academic and pragmatic perspectives. Debating the theoretical niceties of privacy issues is intellectually fulfilling, but creating practical solutions to everday privacy challenges and corporate sustainability issues businesses face lends authenticity to the debates. The word "debates" is significant for this site. This blog will join many voices over time so that we can develop these issues, not just here comments about them. The role of the Supreme Court, current and historical, in these debates is important. To that end, this blog will add commentary, analysis and resources that address the Supreme Court's interaction with these issues.
